The historic Izaak Walton Inn is a hidden gem located near Glacier National Park. Our Inn features rooms, cabin & caboose rentals, luxurious locomotive accommodation, and a full service dining room and bar. The outdoor pavilion is nestled beneath towering pines makes for an ideal location for a Montana wedding.
Frank Krshka Outdoor Pavilion
The Frank Krshka Pavilion is our most popular ceremony or reception area. It is a large open-air covered pavilion with a raised cobblestone area just outside the covered area for wedding ceremonies or similar events. The cobblestone ceremony area has a beautiful backdrop of wildflowers and wooded mountains.
The covered portion is suitable for receptions, reunions, BBQ’s, & other events. It can be heated in the spring, summer, fall, and closed on three sides. The pavilion can accommodate table seating for up to 120 people using up to 22 (30" x 72") rectangular tables, or 300+ for a walk-about reception using a few tables.

Indoor Meeting Room
The Signal Room is an indoor facility
suitable for small events such as meetings,
weddings, receptions and reunions.
This room is often rented as a ‘ready room’
for bridal parties who are renting the
Outdoor Pavilion for their wedding. With
theater style seating, the Signal Room can
accommodate 65 people including speaker
space. Tables are available for meetings. For
a walk-about type reception the room can
accommodate 85 people.
Fireside Lobby
A beautiful and unique setting available
for semi-private intimate weddings or
similar functions.
Normally this area is open and used by hotel guests so scheduling is recommended. Guest capacity is about 24-30 people both seated and standing.
Accommodations & Amenities
Thirty-three charming rooms many of them with railroad theme décor which can accommodate up to 101 guests. The GN 441 Luxury Locomotive is a wonderful option for the newlywed couple. Four distinctive cabooses including our ‘honeymoon’ caboose can accommodate a total of 14 guests.
Six pine cabins including a ‘honeymoon’ cabin can accommodate up to 32 guests. The cabooses and cabins are located across the rail tracks from the Inn and on our hiking & ski trails for easy access to summer and winter fun. The ‘Dining Car’ restaurant is serves breakfast, lunch and dinner every day offering daily specials for each meal time. Our Flagstop Bar & Lounge offers a place to gather and relax, with pool & Ping-Pong tables, cards, games, puzzles, vintage jukeboxes and full bar. Bordering both Glacier National Park and the Great Bear Wilderness, there are many hikes from which to choose to enjoy nature at its best.
